摘要
IPTV媒体信息服务是网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务创新发展的一个新的方向.高校图书馆在发展IPTV媒体信息服务时将面临知识产权的保护问题、媒体信息资源的序化与整合问题、媒体信息服务的特色化问题、网络媒体信息用户需求的新变化、媒体信息服务方式的新变革、媒体信息服务发展的知识化问题.对此,高校图书馆应树立"以人为本"的媒体信息服务理念、变被动服务为主动服务、创建适合于IPTV媒体信息服务发展的媒体信息资源体系、发展个性化的IPTV媒体信息服务、进行人性化的IPTV媒体信息服务设计、发展具有知识服务特性的深层次IPTV媒体服务.
The IPTV media information service is a tendency for the creativity and development of university library service in the network condition.The development of IPTV media information service has been challenged by： protection of the intellectual property right;order and arrangement of the media information resources;characterization of the media information service;the users＇ new demand on the network media information;reform on the ways of the media information service;and knowledge on the development of the media information service.Therefore,the corresponding strategies for university libraries are： to have an idea of ＂giving centre stage to humanity＂ in the media information service;to change the passive service into the active;to create a system of the media information resources to meet with the development of IPTV media information service;to develop an individual IPTV media information service;to humanly design IPTV media information service;and to create an advanced IPTV media service characteristic of knowledge.
