摘要
聚氨酯硬质泡沫外加聚乙烯防护壳是目前公认的钢质管道最佳保温涂层。此涂层的成型工艺有"管中管法"、"内定径一步法",而国外一些公司,近年来开发出了聚氨酯泡沫膜喷涂法成型工艺。本文通过工艺控制、原材料耗用、缺陷率、大管径适用性等方面对以上三种成型工艺进行了对比,认为喷涂法在国内大管径防腐保温作业中拥有广阔应用前景。
At present,domestic and international recognized best structure of buried steel pipe anti-corrosion insulation is made of polyurethane rigid foam insulation,which made of high density polyethylene plastic protective layer of foam jacket structure.In China,the molding process which is widely used is "pipe in pipe method" and "inner sizing one step method".In recent years,spray forming process has been more widely used in foreign countries;some of the world-renowned anti-corrosion companies have developed spray forming process and its products.Such as the world-famous anticorrosion pipeline company Bredero-Shaw,Sauk Sam,KWH,LORSTOR and so on,have registered the spray process.In this paper,compared with above three molding process by the level of process control,raw material consumption,defect rates,large diameter applicability,praying has broad application prospects in domestic large-diameter anti-corrosion insulation.
