近年来,常规能源紧缺,环境污染严重,当可持续发展成为人与自然和谐发展的全球战略时,绿色建筑也成为建筑行业发展的必然趋势,于是,绿色建筑评价体系也就应运而生。介绍了绿色建筑评价系统的发展,着重介绍了美国的绿色社区认证体系LEED-ND,根据此评价体系开发了适合企业及个人运用的LEED-DN认证自评软件。随着人们对绿色建筑及评价体系的日益重视,一款操作简单的绿色建筑认证自评软件将更加方便人们了解绿色建筑及促进绿色建筑的普及,对能源节约和绿色建筑的快速健康发展有一定的理论和实际意义。
The conventional energy source is in short supply; the environmental pollution is more serious in recent years. When the sustainable development become the global strategy for the harmonious development of man and nature, green building has become the inevitable trend of construction industry, then a green building rating system come into being. It describes the development of green building rating system, and highlights the U.S. Green Community certification system LEED-ND, based on this evaluation system, developed a self-ossessment software for corporate and personal for LEED-DN certification. With the increasing focus on green building and evaluation system, self-assessment of green building certification software will be more convenient to understand green building and to promote its popularity. The soft- ware features for certain theoretical and practical significance for rapid and healthy development of energy conservation and green building.
