摘要
本文通过对绿色社区的基本概念进行分析研究,并总结国内外绿色社区建设实践经验,借鉴美国LEED-ND评估体系及其理论对于绿色社区规划建设的指导作用,结合我国实际情况,提出绿色社区规划设计的八大策略,包括选址、构架、控形、择径、配器、增绿、筑体、节源,为社区节能减排、活力营造、环境提升等提供指导与经验。
This paper analyses the concept of green neighborhood, and introduces LEED-ND rating system, and its core theories. Put forward eight strategies of the green neighborhood planning and design, including location, land layout, spatial form, transportation system, facilities, green space system, green building, resource and energy plan, to provide guidance and experience for the neighborhood to energy-saving and emission reduction, Creating vitality, and environmentai improvement.
