摘要
本文立足于环渤海地区经济发展状况及其在全国经济圈中的作用,着重阐释海洋经济与产业发展的整体局势与分布状态。论文运用大量统计数据,针对环渤海地区的区域特征展开论证,分析环渤海区域性的环境、资源的优势与劣势,并依据分析结果对环境资源的利用与可持续发展提出对策建议。
Based on the situation of economic development of Bohai Sea Economic Rim(Bohai Rim)and its influence to the entire national economic circles,the paper explains the layout of marine economy and industrial development.The paper uses statistical data to reveal the regional characteristics of Bohai Rim and analyzes advantages and disadvantages in environment and resources of Bohai Rim、Finally,it gives some solutions to the utilization of resources and sustainable development.
