摘要
应用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法 ,在所选定的评价准则情况下 ,建立了科研成果评价的数学模型 。
By using hierarchy analytic process and fuzzy synthetic judgement, the authors propose a methematical model for comprehensively evaluating the achievements in scientific researches according to the selected constant rating norms.
