摘要
以美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会提出的ADC模型为基础,提出了一种将熵权法和ADC方法结合的一种改进方法。在确定军事通信基础网作战能力指标体系的基础上,用熵权法求解ADC模型中的能力向量C,对ADC方法的评估模型进行了修正。该方法克服了ADC方法在求解能力向量C时缺少规范的指标体系的缺点,使不同条件下的作战能力因子ck得到比较准确的衡量。实例仿真计算的结果,说明了该法的有效性和科学性。
Based on the ADC model which was advanced by the Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee,an improved method with entropy weight method and ADC method combined is proposed for the operational effectiveness evaluation on communication-based network.On the base of building indexes system of operational capability evaluation for ADC model,Entropy weight method is used for solving capacity vector C,and the ADC method has been improved.The deficiency in defect of normative indexes system when capacity C is solved is overcome,and operational capability factors in all situations is more accurately estimated.The result of simulation proves the method to be effective and scientific.
