摘要
从分析C4ISR系统的工作流程入手,采用动态分析与静态分析相结合的方法,综合考虑C4ISR系统在物理域和认知域对系统效能的影响,构建了五层结构C4ISR系统综合效能评估指标体系。在此基础上,充分考虑各层之间相互关系及其对系统效能的影响,自底向上分别采用了层次分析法、网络分析法和云模型对相关层进行评估,对复杂系统综合效能的评估方法进行了探索。
The working flow of the C^4ISR system is first analyzed. With, a method combining dynamic analysis and static analysis, this paper constructs a five-level index system for the C^4ISR synthetic effectiveness evaluation is constnuctec considering the influence on the effectiveness of C^4ISR in physical domain and recognition domain, Then according to of the inter-relationship of the levels and its influence on the synthetic effectiveness of the system, the AHP, ANP and Cloud Model are used to make a bottom-up analysis for the The method of synthetic effectiveness evaluation for a complex system is also researched.
