摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对巧克力 ,饮料 ,绿茶等 7种样品中咖啡因的含量进行了测定 ,其平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 99.2 8%～ 10 0 .6 % ,0 14%～ 1 0 3% ,结果较为满意 .
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry met hods were used for the defermination of caffeine in a number of cola drinks, tea and chocolate samples. The average recovary and relative deviation were 99.28% ～100.6%, 0.14%～1.03%, respectively. The satisfactory results were obtained.
