摘要
文章建立了分光光度法测定味精中硫化钠的含量。结果表明,加标回收率为96.9%~98.2%,RSD相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.6%(n=3),在0~16.0μg浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9994。用紫外分光光度法测定味精中硫化钠的含量,此方法快速、简便、结果准确。
This paper develops the ultraviolet spectrophotometry on determination of sodium sulfide in monosodium glutamate. The results show that the recovery is 96.9%-98. 2%, and RSD(relative standard deviation) is 1.9%-2.6 % (n=3). There shows a good linear relationship in the concentration range from 0 to 16.0 μg, while the correlation coeffieent r is 0. 9994. Determination of sodium sulfide in monosodium glutamate by means of ultraviolet spectrophotometry is fast, simple and accurate.
