糙苏中黄酮苷类化合物的核磁共振结构解析

摘要 目的研究糙苏中黄酮苷类化合物的结构。方法采用柱层析(CC)对植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法(核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、质谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱)确定化合物的结构。结果确定了芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯的结构。结论为糙苏中活性成分黄酮苷类化合物的构效关系研究奠定了基础。 Objective To study the structure of flavonoid glycosides from Phlomis umbrosa. Methods The extractive of plant was isolated and purified by means of silica gel column chromatography and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic experiments ( l H-nuclear magnetic resonance, 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrum, ultraviolet spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy). Results The structure of compound was elucidated as apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide methyl ester. Conclusion The experimental foundation has been laid for study of the structure-activity relationship.
