摘要
企业高管能力是影响企业生存与发展的关键因素之一,由于高管能力属于软变量,通常在研究过程中对其忽略不计,从而导致研究结论存在一定的差异性。基于高管能力特点,构建了高管能力评价指标体系。运用模糊层次分析法,对高管能力进行了量化研究,并结合实例给出了具体的量化步骤,最终为高管能力的衡量提供了一个定量指标。
The ability of business executive is one of critical factors to influence the enterprise's existence and development. Given that the executive's ability belongs to soft variable, the previous studies usually neglect it, which leads to the existence of certain differences in the research conclusions. Based on the characteristic of executive's ability, the paper constructs the evaluation indexes system of the executive's ability. Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, we quantitatively analyze the executive's ability, and give the concrete quantization procedures with the example. Finally, this study provides the quantization indexes for measuring the executive's ability.
