摘要
文章结合相关资料,提高护理人员对相关活动的认识;革新岗位排班;将管理制度,以及护理流程给予优化;提倡"以人为本"的服务理念;将常规与专科两种护理方式进行融合。通过在心胸外科临床护理中运用优质护理,发现患者的满意程度和护理质量都有明显的提高。
With the combination of relevant information, this paper tried to improve nurses＂ understanding to related activities; schedule innovations posts; optimize the management system and care process; advocate ＂people-oriented＂ service concept; integrate both conventional and specialist care way. Through the use of high-quality care in cardiothoracie surgery clinical care, this paper found the patient satisfaction and quality of care had significant improvement.
