摘要
目的探讨“优质护理示范工程”启动后的效果。方法通过启动“优质护理示范工程”，通过优化护士的排班模式、实行管床责任制、建立床边工作制、床边实时记录、开展“温馨病房”及落实护理等措施。用问卷调查的方式对实施前后患者及护士的服务的满意度调查，根据护理质量指标进行实施前后的比较，了解启动“优质护理示范工程”后的效果。结果实施后各项护理质量控制指标的合格率均明显提高（P〈0．05），患者及护士对服务的满意度无改变（p〉0．05）。结论启动“优质护理示范工程”带来了好的护理成效，值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluated the effect of ＂Quality nursing demonstration project＂. Methods The ＂Quality nursing demonstration project＂ was started as following： optimizing the sched- uling mode of nurses, carrying out system of ward bed accountability, establishing system of working and real-time records beside ward bed, and developing ＂warm ward＂ and implementation of nursing care.Quality of care before and after the project were compared using questionnaire survey of patients satisfaction on nursing service to judge results of the project. Results Qualified rates of various nursing care were significantly improved （P〈0.05） after implementation of the projcet. Meanwhile, patients＇ satisfaction rate on nursing service also improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of ＂quality care demonstration project＂ contributs to a better nursing care results and it should be widely applied.
