摘要
目的探讨磷酸钠盐用于老年患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的有效性和安全性。方法将140例结肠镜检查前需进行肠道准备的老年患者随机分为磷酸钠盐组和对照组各70例。2组患者均在检查前3d进低渣饮食,检查前1d晚餐进流质饮食,检查当天空腹。磷酸钠盐组检查前12h空腹服用磷酸钠盐45ml,术前3h同法再服1次;对照组检查前4h空腹服用聚乙二醇电解质口服液600～1000ml,以后每隔10～15min服用1次,每次250ml,直至服完2000ml。比较2组肠道清洁程度和不良反应发生率。结果磷酸钠盐组清洁有效率为97.1%,对照组为91.4%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。磷酸钠盐组不良反应发生率为14.3%,低于对照组的90.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者行结肠镜检查前肠道准备时,采用磷酸钠盐法更加安全、有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of sodium phosphate for bowel preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients.Methods 140 cases were randomly divided into sodium phosphate group and control group,70 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given low-residue diet 3 days before colonoscopy,liquid food as the dinner before the day,and fasted at the day.The sodium phosphate group took sodium phosphate （45ml） 12 hours before the colonoscopy,and 3 hours before colonoscopy again.The control group took polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution （600-1000ml） 4h before the colonoscopy,every 10-15min 250ml,until 2000ml.The intestinal cleanliness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in 2 groups.Results The effective rate at bowel clean of the sodium phosphate group was 97.1%,while it was 91.4% in the control group,but there was no statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in sodium phosphate group was 14.3%,which was lower than 90.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Sodium phosphate for bowel preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients is more safer and effective than polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution.
