摘要
目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)联合乳果糖口服液分次口服对于便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备的应用效果。方法选取自2017年1月至2019年12月在北部战区总医院门诊及住院部拟行电子结肠镜检查的120例便秘患者为研究对象。按不同肠道准备方法将患者随机分为3组,每组各40例。A组采用PEG+乳果糖口服溶液分次口服方法,B组采用PEG+乳果糖口服液单次口服方法,C组采用PEG单次口服方法。比较3组患者的肠道清洁质量、不良反应发生率及口服药物耐受率。结果A组的肠道准备有效率高于B组、C组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的不良反应发生率略低于B组、C组,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组口服药物耐受率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PEG联合乳果糖口服液分次口服在便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备中清洁效果好,不良反应少,患者依从性好。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(PEG)combined with lignofructose oral liquid on intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in patients with constipation.Methods A total of 120 patients with constipation who underwent electronic colonoscopy in the outpatient and inpatient departments of General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were randomly divided into 3 groups with 40 cases in each group according to different intestinal preparation methods.Patients in group A were given PEG+lactulose oral solution in batches.Patients in group B were given PEG+lactulose oral solution for one time.And patients in group C were given PEG single oral solution.Intestinal cleaning quality,incidence of adverse reactions and tolerance rate of oral drugs were compared among three groups.Results The intestinal preparation efficiency of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was slightly lower than that in group B and group C,but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in oral drug tolerance rate among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral PEG in batches combined with lignofructose oral solution has good cleaning effect in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy in patients with constipation,with fewer adverse reactions and good compliance.
