三维体外早期血管生成模型的评估进展 被引量：1

摘要 正常机体内，成熟的血管网对所有器官及组织的氧及营养成分的供应十分重要；与此同时，血管网的形成在一些疾病的发生及发展过程中也发挥着重要作用，如肝癌及糖尿病的发展与血管网的形成密切相关[1]；此外，在游离移植手术后游离移植物早期血管网的构建有利于提高移植物的存活率[2]。
