不同培养方法对兔骨髓间充质干细胞诱导分化为成骨细胞的影响 被引量:4

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)的传统培养常以异种血清作为培养基,这存在伦理学争议、传播疾病和潜在免疫排斥反应等问题[1-2],且违反卫生部《组织工程化组织移植治疗技术管理规范》的要求[3]。我们将自体富血小板血浆(APRP)替代异种血清,用于BMSCs的培养及诱导成骨分化,探讨诱导BMSCs成骨分化新方法。
