摘要
运用多维度多层次评价模型,以国内7个公共图书馆和11个高校图书馆用户的实证调研数据为基础,分别从维度和指标两个层面对比分析公共图书馆与高校图书馆在服务质量上的差距,探究产生差距的原因,提出缩小差距、提高公共图书馆服务质量的建议。
This article uses the multi-dimension and multi hierarchy evaluation model based on the data drawn from a survey in seven public libraries and eleven academic libraries of China, to do comparative analysis of the gaps of service quality between public libraries and academic libraries in indicators and dimensions, and then explores the reasons for these gaps. Several suggestions are made to improve the service quality of public libraries and to narrow the gaps between libraries of the two types.
