摘要
在精准扶贫视域下,高校通过精准化资助体系的研究,可进一步加快全面脱贫的步伐。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,探寻基于"精准资助"创新机制的资助实施策略,探索高校资助精准化体系的构建,把精准识别、精准资助、精准监管三者相结合,达到扶贫学生精准、资金使用精准、脱贫成效精准的目标。
Under the vision of precision poverty alleviation, colleges and universities have helped to win the fight against poverty through the construction of a precise funding system. Guided by the thought of socialism, with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping, explores the financing strategy based on the innova- tive mechanism of ＂precision funding＂, and exploits the construction of the precision system of university fun- ding, combining precision recognition, precision financing and precision supervision to achieve precision, preci- sion and poverty reduction of the poor students. An accurate goal.
