摘要
目的:探讨国产消化道吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值与有关问题以及注意事项。方法:回顾性分析24例低位直肠癌患者应用胃肠吻合器行保肛手术的临床资料。结果:全组行结-直肠吻合(即前切除术Dixon)均一次成功。吻合器切除圈完整、无手术死亡、无吻合口漏、无吻合口狭窄、无术后吻合口出血、无术后排尿机能障碍、无局部复发。结论:在低位直肠癌保留肛门手术中使用国产胃肠吻合器,吻合成功率高、并发症少、操作安全、易于掌握、费用低,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective：Explore the application value and related issues and matters needing attention of Domestic gastrointestinal stapler in low rectal cancer surgery.Method：Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 24 patients with low rectal cancer patients with gastrointestinal stapling sphincter preserving surgery.Result：The group of rows of colorectal anastomosis（ie anterior resection Dixon） were successful.Stapled excision circle is complete,no operation death,no anastomotic leakage,no anastomotic stenosis,without postoperative anastomotic bleeding,no postoperative voiding dysfunction,and no local recurrence.Conclusion：In low rectal cancer with preservation of anal operation using domestic staplers,the high success rate of anastomosis,fewer complications,safe operation,easy control,low cost,and Worth in primary hospitals.
