摘要
低位直肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年上升,严重威胁着人们的健康和生命。外科手术是低位直肠癌最有效的治疗方法,随着对直肠解剖生理和低位直肠癌生物学特点研究的不断深入,低位直肠癌保肛术的术式也在逐年增多,保肛术式种类繁多,各具其特有的适应范围和优缺点。如何正确选择合理术式达到最佳治疗效果已成为目前的研究热点。
Low rectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China,the incidence of which is rising year by year,threatening people′s health and life.Surgical operation is the most effective method for the treatment of low rectal cancer,along with the deepening study about the rectum of the physiology and anatomy and the biological characteristics of low rectal cancer,the operation methods of anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer are increasing year by year.There are many ways to do the anus-retained operation for low rectal cancer,each one has its own unique applicable scope and advantages and disadvantages.How to select reasonable operation method to achieve the best therapeutic effect has become a research hotspot.
