摘要
采用在井口投加 J-50油井破乳降粘剂的工艺,在油井、接转站和集中处理站均取得了显著的降阻、脱水效果。文中着重讨论了 J-50油井破乳降粘剂的加入浓度与原油破乳脱水率、脱出水含油率的关系,并分析了现场应用效果。
Commercial product J-50 is a water-soluble nonaqueous solution of linear polyethylene- polyamine initiated block-copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.Laboratory experi- ments show that this chemical is very effective in dehydration and demulsification of crude oil.In this paper the dehydrating rate and oil content of separated water with J-50 in varying amounts are investigated in detail and effective use level is shown to be between 30 -100 ppm.In the field test J-50 is put into well holes(13 wells).The amount of the chemical is decreased from 100 to 50 ppm and maintained at the level of 50 ppm.In more that 3 years after begining of the test the separation of crude oil from water has brought about steadily and effectively.The following characteristics are typical:water content of crude oil—0.2%,oil content of separated water—13.5mg/1,membrane factor of the water—>20. Introducing J-50 into oil well holes has greatly reduced waxing in holes and the viscosity of the oil produced.
