摘要
采用定向棱镜谐振腔在固体激光器上获得了腔镜允许失调角为± 2 0°的高抗失调稳定性和远场发散角小于 1.6 mrad,光场模式为低阶模的高光束质量的激光输出 ,并对谐振腔的特性进行了理论分析。
A solid stated laser with the direction prism end reflector was developed. The end reflection maladjustment angle of ±20°is promised. The beam divergence angle is of 1 6 mrad. The laser field belong to lower order mode. Then, this laser has high stability, high beam quality and anti maladjustment function. The theoratical analyse of the resonator characteristics is described.
