摘要
设计了紧凑型1.57μm OPO激光器,以满足工程化的需要。分别采用两种非稳腔腔型的1.57μm OPO激光器,同样为Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q,在7 J的电能量输入下,得到输出能量6m J、发散角3.0m rad和输出能量4m J、发散角为3.0m rad的两种高光束质量的1.57μm人眼安全激光输出。以极其简单的结构克服了OPO激光器光束质量不好的困难。
1,57μm OPO laser is designed to meet project needs. OPO lasers are realized with Cr^4+ :YAG passive Q-switch for two different unstable cavities. Under the power supply of 7J,laser output at 1.57μm is attained with high beam quality. For one of the cavities, the laser output energy and divergence are 6mJ and 3. 0mard respectively. For the other cavity ,4mJ and 3.0mrad. The diffculty of poor beam quality of OPO is overcome with the simple and compact structure.
