摘要
目的了解我院2012年第一季度门诊处方管理和合理用药情况,提高门诊处方质量,促进合理用药。方法利用软件系统,从我院门诊处方中每月随机抽取100张处方进行分析。结果2012年第一季度我院门诊处方合格率为56.67%,不合理处方主要表现在处方书写不规范、单张处方超7日量、单次给药剂量不足等。结论我院门诊处方合格率不高,反映出不合理用药情况仍然存在,应加强监管,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the outpatient prescription management and rational drug use in the first quarter of 2012,so as to improve prescription quality and promote rational drug use.Methods Using software system,100 outpatient prescriptions per month were randomly received for analysis.Results In the first quarter of 2012,the rate of rational prescription in our hospital was 56.67%,and the unreasonable prescriptions were mainly as follow： non-standardized prescription writing,single prescription with amount over 7 days and insufficient dose.Conclusion The reasonable rate of outpatient prescription in our hospital was low,the irrational drug use was still observed,we should strengthen supervision on outpatient prescription and improve rational drug use.
