摘要
目的调查我院门急诊处方用药情况。方法随机抽取我院2010年6～12月门急诊处方,按照《办法》和《规范》要求进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物、注射剂使用百分率趋于下降,处方合格率呈上升趋势。不规范处方、不适宜处方及超常处方分别占不合理处方的55.41、29.73、及14.86。结论通过处方点评工作的实施,处方合格率明显提高,不断完善处方点评制度是我院未来发展的需要。
Objective To research the use of medicine on prescription of our hospital.Methods Form Jun.2010 to Dec.2010,the prescription of emergency call were selected.According to ＂the prescribed this way ＂ and ＂ standard ＂requirement,the quality of prescription were analyzed.Results Antibacterial drugs,injection using percentage rate of decline,prescription tends was on the rise.Not standard prescription,not suitable for prescription and supernormal prescription unreasonable accounted for 55.41%,29.73% and 14.86%.Conclusion Through the implementation of the prescription comment on work rate,prescription increase significantly,and constantly perfect prescription comment on system is the needs of the development in the future.
