摘要
目的对漯河地区老年期痴呆的流行病学情况进行初步评估。方法采用二阶段调查方法对漯河地区3个县和2个乡316例60岁以上老年人进行老年期痴呆的流行病学调查。结果老年期痴呆患病率为27.85%,其中Alzheimer病(AD)占18.04%,脑血管性痴呆(VD)占7.28%,其他痴呆占2.53%。结论老年期痴呆已经严重影响老年人的生活质量,加重了社会负担,应引起高度重视。
Objective To get the preliminary epidemiological assessment of senile dementia in Luohe area. Methods The epidemiological survey was made by the method of two stages investigation, which included about 316 cases of 60 years old or older of three counties and two towns in Luohe area. Results The prevalence rate of senile dementia was 27.85%, among which Alzheimer disease （AD） accounted for 18.04%, cerebral vascular dementia （VD） accounted for 7.28%, other dementia accounted for 2.53%. Conclusion Senile dementia has seriously influenced the life quality of the elderly, and increased social burden and should pay more attention to the disease.
