摘要
目的:对近10 a来慢性湿疹、皮炎中药外治的情况进行综述。方法:以湿疹、皮炎、外治、中药等为检索词,2002年至2011年为检索年限,对万方、维普、中国知网等数据库中慢性湿疹、皮炎的中药外治相关文献进行分类并总结。结果:共搜索到50余篇中医文献,其中包括中药单纯外治、中药内外合治以及中药外治结合其他治疗方式等治疗方法。结论:中药外治对慢性湿疹、皮炎的治疗有一定的优势。
Objective：The recent developments of external treatment by traditional Chinese medicine for chronic eczema and dermatitis in nearly 10 years were reviewed in this article.Methods：Summarize related literature in Wanfang,Weipu,Zhiwang and other database with eczema,dermatitis,external treatment,such as traditional Chinese medicine as docuterm and 2002-2011 as retrieval time limit.Results：50 literatures of traditional Chinese medicine were found including simple TCM external treatment,TCM exterior and interior treatment,TCM combined with other treatments and so on.Conclusion：External treatment by traditional Chinese medicine for chronic eczema and dermatitis has a certain advantage.
