摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液联合消栓通络胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将148例脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组74例和对照组74例。对照组每日1次给予吸氧、抗凝、保护脑细胞等一般治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液30 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,每日1次,消栓通络胶囊每次4片,每日3次,口服,2周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组脑卒中评定量表评分、巴塞尔指数(Barthel Index,BI)评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合消栓通络胶囊治疗脑梗死有较好疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Danhong injection combined with Xiaoshuan Tongluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods：148 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given oxygen,anticoagulation,brain cells protection and general treatment.The treatment group was given additional Danhong injection 30 mL＋0.9% sodium chloride solution 250 mL based on the control group,static drop one time a day,4 pieces of xiaoshuan tongluo capsule one time,three times per day,oral,2 weeks.Results：Compared the apoplexy rating scale score and basel index score of the two groups（P0.05）,there is statistical significance.Conclusion：Danhong injection combined with xiaoshuan tongluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction has good curative effect.
