摘要
目的:研究疏肝益肾方对衰老小鼠肾脏、肝脏p16基因表达的影响,探讨疏肝益肾方抗衰老机制。方法:用D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型,以疏肝益肾方治疗,实时荧光定量PCR法观察小鼠肝脏、肾脏p16基因的mRNA表达。结果:疏肝益肾方组p16基因mRNA表达降低。结论:疏肝益肾方能降低p16基因的表达,从而起到抗衰老作用。
Objective：To study the effects of Shugan Yishen Formula on pl6 gene expression in D-galactose-induced subacute Mice.Methods：To build the mice model of aging by injecting D-galactose and being treated with Shugan Yishen Formula,then observe mRNA expression of pl6 gene in kidney and liver.Results：The mRNA expression of pl6 gene in Shugan Yishen Formula groups was decreased.Conclusion：Shugan Yishen Formula can decrease the expression of pl6 gene and have action on anti-aging.
