摘要
目的基于皮肤衰老临床病症特点,对现有的皮肤衰老模型进行归纳分析。方法通过整理分析中西医对皮肤衰老的诊断标准及临床表现,总结皮肤衰老动物模型的特点及造模方法,对比临床诊断标准及症状特点,对现有动物模型与临床症状的吻合程度进行探讨分析,明确其优缺点及应用前景。结果皮肤衰老动物模型造模方法多样,但现有模型与皮肤衰老的临床病症特点差距较大,无法体现皮肤衰老中西医病因。结论探索能进一步反映皮肤衰老临床病症特点,体现皮肤衰老中西医病因,能更加吻合临床病症特点的动物模型是今后需要努力发展的方向。
Objective Based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms of skin aging,the existing models of skin aging were analyzed. Methods Through the collation and analysis of clinical manifestations and diagnostic criterias of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on skin aging, the characteristics of skin aging and the modeling method of animal models were summarized. By comparison of the clinical diagnostic criterias and characteristics of symptoms,the degree of anastomosis on the existing animal models and clinical symptoms was analyzed to discuss the advantages and disadvantages and application prospects. Results The existing skin aging animal models are various, but there is disparity between the current models and the clinical features of skin aging, which cannot reflect the etiology of skin aging in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion Developing an animal model that could authentically represent the clinical characteristics of skin aging, embody the skin aging etiology in the traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and more consistent with clinical characteristics is critically in need.
