摘要
人才建设是医院发展的关键。确立人才战略,制定人才政策,通过双向选择,积极引进人才;采取存量开发,着力培养,给时间、给经费、多层次、分批次、高起点,请进来、走出去等一系列措施,鼓励在职人员参加继续教育,多途径强化技术人员专业技能培训,注重加强人才培养。实施"感情留人、事业留人、待遇留人、政策留人"战略,为人才成长营造良好的环境,用心用情留住人才。
Human resources development is the key to the development of a hospital, After recruiting talents through two-way selection (in which a job seeker seeks his satisfactory job and the employer seeks his satisfactory employee) according to the human resources strategy and policy defined by our hospital, the hospital takes a series of measures and provides time and money to enhance their professional ability according to their potential through quality continuing education, by inviting experts to give lectures and demonstrate operation and sending doctors to renowned hospitals for further study. In terms of human resources retention and further development, we tried to leverage on their sense of belonging, appropriate human resources policies for them and a secured career prospect for them through enabling policies and good benefit package.
