摘要
等级医院评审是衡量医院综合实力与整体水平的有效手段。通过等级医院评审,可以促使医院不断自查、补漏、提升、强化。我院自2010年12月接受了浙江省卫生厅组织的等级医院评审专家的实地考评以后,护理部认真梳理,针对存在问题不断地进行持续质量改进。经过采取一系列的措施,建立健全了护理质量考核体系,建立前瞻性的质量管理理念,促进护理质量持续改进,保证了护理制度有效实施,有效增强了护理人员安全意识,提高了危重病人护理质量,由此达到护理行为的规范性,提高服务的同质性和有效性的目的。
Hospital level accreditation is an effective method to measure the comprehensive strength of hospitals. Such accreditation can urge hospitals to find the gaps through self examination and finally becomes better. After the on-site assessment of hospital accreditation experts of Zhejiang Provincial Health Department in December, 2010, the nursing department of our hospital had been making continuous quality improvement in iight of the existing problems. After taking a series of measures, we established a sound nursing quality evaluation system and created prospective quality management concepts, which promoted the continuous improvement of nursing quality, guaranteed the implementation of nursing regulations, enhanced the safety awareness of nursing staffs, and improved the nursing quality for critically ill patients. As a result, the aim to regulate nursing behavior and improve service homogeneity and effectiveness was achieved.
