组织公正与反生产行为之间关系的研究

摘要 反生产行为是组织成员有意采取的违背组织利益的行为,是组织成员各种消极行为的总和。其中,有些行为呈现隐蔽性特征,难以察觉。由于反生产行为对于组织绩效具有巨大的负面影响,近些年来越来越受到组织行为研究人员的关注。但是,由于反生产行为消极、负面的特征,面临难以调查的现实,在实际研究中,有效数据支持并不多,相关研究结论还有待进一步检验。本研究即是在此背景下,利用我国单位员工为样本,对中国人组织公正感知与反生产行为之间关系进行了一个带有探索性质的实证研究,以期为国内反生产行为研究提供有价值的数据和相应的对策建议。
