摘要
反生产行为呈现出多样性、普遍性、反复性、隐蔽性等特点,对企业利益和社会发展的危害也日趋严重。本文对反生产行为的概念、特征和原因进行了分析,并创造性地从三个视角解构了反生产行为内涵。通过剖析一个"中国式"新闻情景的典型案例,引出了反生产行为的影响,并提出四项应对措施。
Counterproductive work behaviors disserve enterprises and society gravely due to their diversity, universality, reiteration and concealment. The paper analyzes the concept, characteristics and reasons of counterproductive work behavior and puts forward three views to explain the meaning of counterproductive work behavior creatively. By analyzing some typical Chinese news cases, the paper arrives at four countermeasures.
