摘要
当前高校心理健康教育课程教学中存在课程目标学科化、理论化倾向,教学方式单一,教学内容深度不够等问题,建议应根据学生认知特点和规律,采取体验式教学方法,在教学中遵循学生为主体、注重教学实效和动态反馈,分别"引入—创设体验教学情境—进行体验—分享和点评经验感受—体验内化应用"五阶段体验循环模式,让学生在蕴含丰富体验和感悟的环境中潜移默化地获得心理知识。结果显示,运用体验式教学模式能够有效提升大学生心理健康教育课程教学质量,提升大学生心理健康水平。
Currently, there are some problems in the mental health education course such as disciplinization and theorization of the objectives, monotony in instruction method, and shallowness in content. In accordance with the students' cognition characteristics, it is suggested that experiencing type instruction method be adopted and the principles of treating students as the principal subject, focusing on the effects of instruction, and dynamic feedbacks be followed. This instruction method covers five stages including "introduction-creation of environment for the experiencing type of instruction-experiencing-sharing and commenting on the experience-internalization and application of the experience". From such experience, the students can acquire knowledge of psychology through experience and feeling sharing. Finally, the results display that the adoption of experiencing type teaching mode can effectively promote the quality of instruction in mental health education course and improve the college students' level of psychological health.
