摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例,服用独活寄生汤)和对照组(30例,服用塞来昔布),对治疗后的所有患者进行Lysholm评分和膝关节液中白介素-1的含量检测,对比两组患者的情况,评价独活寄生汤治疗的临床疗效。结果治疗后对照组患者Lysholm评分为(75.5±4.5)分,治疗组患者Lysholm评分为(88.5±5.5)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组患者膝关节液中白介素-1含量平均为(365.44±28.9)pg/mL,治疗组患者膝关节液中白介素-1含量平均为(305.44±31.4)pg/mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤治疗膝关节退行性关节炎能明显提高患者的Lysholm评分,同时减低患者膝关节液中白介素-1含量,疗效明显,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases,taking Duhuo Jisheng Decoction） and control group（30 patients,taking celecoxib）.Lysholm score and interleukin-1 knee synovial fluid content of the two groups after treatment were determined and compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Results Lysholm score of the control group after treatment was（75.5±4.5） scores,while that of the treatment group was（88.5±5.5） scores,demonstrating a significant difference（P〈0.05）;interleukin-1 knee synovial fluid of the control group after treatment had an average of（365.44±28.9） pg/mL,white that of the treatment group averaged（305.44±31.4） pg/mL,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis can significantly improve patients＇ Lysholm score,and reduce the content of interleukin-1 in patients＇ knee synovial fluid at the same time.The clinical efficacy is obvious,thus its application is worth promoting.
