摘要
目的探讨分析独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组与实验组各30例,对照组行推拿和牵引治疗,实验组在对照组基础上予独活寄生汤加减治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果对照组痊愈8例,显效6例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%;实验组痊愈12例,显效7例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组治疗前后疼痛模拟评分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症有良好的疗效,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group with 30 patients was treated by traction-manipulation only.Experimental group with 30 patients was treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction based on the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results Eight cases in the control group were excellent,6 cases were good,8 cases were fair,8 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 73.33%;12 cases in the experimental group were excellent,7 cases were good,8 cases were fair,3 cases were invalid,the effective rate was 90.00%,the difference of the effective rate and the marks of visual analogue scale before and after treatment between experimental group and control group was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect and it is worth promoting.
