摘要
目的观察补气生化膏促进气虚血瘀型产妇产后功能恢复的疗效。方法将60例气虚血瘀型产妇随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组服用产复康颗粒5 g,3次/d,共30 d,研究组服用补气生化膏30 d。结果研究组中医证候愈显率和总有效率(66.67%、93.33%)均优于对照组(43.33%、76.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血性恶露持续时间平均为(5.53±0.12)d,出血量为(66.17±0.35)mL,而对照组为(11.00±0.16)d及(122.35±0.13)mL,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。产后3个月研究组纯母乳喂养率为60%,明显优于对照组的20%(P<0.01)。研究组产后身痛及产褥病率的发生率分别为16.7%和13.3%,均优于对照组的36.7%和33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产后第42天组内盆腔B超子宫体积与产后第3天比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两组产后42 d比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补气生化膏能促进气虚血瘀型产妇产后功能恢复,疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buqi Shenghua Cream in promoting postpartum recovery of function in puerpera with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group had 30 cases.The control group was given the Chanfukang Granules 5 g,three times a day for 30 days;the study group was given Buqi Shenghua Cream for 30 days.Results The total efficiency and cure rate of syndrome of study group（93.33%,66.67%） were better than that of the control group（76.67%,43.33%）,there were significant differences between two groups（P 0.05）.The bloody lochia lasted for an average of（5.53±0.12） days,bleeding volume was（66.17±0.35） mL in the study group,while the control group were（11.00±0.16） d and（122.35±0.13） mL,there were significant differences between two groups（P 0.01）.The breast-feeding rate of postpartum 3 months was 60% in the study group and 20% in the control group（P 0.05）.The incidence rate of postpartum pain of body and puerperal morbidity was 16.7% and 13.3% in the study group,while it was 36.7% and 33.3% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.There were significant differences between postpartum 3 days and 42 days of the volume of uterine in the two groups（P 0.01）;while there was no difference between the two groups of the volume of uterine postpartum 42 days（P 0.05）.Conclusion Buqi Shenghua Cream can promote qi deficiency and blood stasis type of postpartum recovery,it is worth promoting the application.
