循证医学在风湿病中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 循证医学（evidence based medicine，EBM）起源于19世纪中叶。是近年来临床医学领域中迅速兴起的一门新型学科。国际著名的临床流行病学小组将EBM定义为“谨慎地、准确而明智地应用目前所获得的最佳研究证据。为具体病人确定临床决策”。其核心思想是在个人临床经验的基础上．依据客观研究结果做出医疗决策。EBM的目的是完成最好的和最有效（cost-effective）的医学。在实践过程中包括5个方面的内容：①根据病人的具体情况，提出临床上所需要解决的问题；②根据提出的问题，查出最好的临床研究证据，即查寻医学期刊；③对证据的有效性和使用性做批判性评价：④结合临床专业知识和病人的具体情况，应用证据做出决策：⑤对以上措施进行综合评价，以便今后改进。
