摘要
新形势下中国高校学生的基层党建工作取得了良好的成效,作为高校党建工作的重要组成部分,高校学生的基层党建工作是一个系统工程,需要不断地进行深化和创新。经济全球化日益加快,社会形势也在不断变化,高校学生的党建工作还存在着一些问题需要解决,面对这些挑战,必须探索高校学生基层党建工作的创新路径。本文首先阐述了高校学生基层党建工作当前存在的问题和原因,然后分析了医学院校辅导员在学生基层党建工作中发挥的作用,最后对学生基层党建工作的创新路径进行了探析。
In the new situation, Chinese college students＂ Party construction work at the grass-roots level achieves good results. As an important part of the Party construction in universities, college students＂ Party construction work at the grass-roots level is a systematic project, which is need to constantly deepening and innovation. The economic glob- alization accelerates and the social situation changes increasingly, as to student Party construction work at the grass- roots level, there are also some problems to be solved. Facing these challenges, we must explore innovative path. This paper describes the importance of student Party construction work at the grass-roots level, as well as the current prob- lems and the relative reasons firstly, and then analyzed the role of medical college counselor in this work. Lastly, we analyzes the innovative path of it.
