摘要
构建和谐校园是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,它具有十分丰富的内涵,其关键在党。高校学生党支部是党在高校的最基层组织,加强其建设是构建和谐校园的客观要求。加强高校学生党支部建设重点为学生党员的教育和管理,目前高校在对学生党员的教育管理上存在着教育长效机制缺乏有效落实、学生党建队伍力量薄弱、支部活动效果不佳、入党后监督考核制度滞后等问题。结合工作实际,提出了加强高校学生党支部建设的几点建议。
The building of a harmonious campus with rich connotation plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The CPC is the key to the building of a harmonious campus. Students＇ party branches in colleges is the most in tegral organization of the party, and strengthening its construction is the objective request for building a harmonious campus. Educational management of student Party members is an important component of the construction of students＇ party branches. At present, educational management of student party members in colleges and universities exists some problems, such as lack of implement of a long effect educational mechanism, of a weakness of students＇ Party teams, ineffectiveness of branch activity, lag of examination and assessment system after students joining the party. The author puts forward suggestions for strengthening the construction of students party branches in colleges and universities based on the working practice.
