摘要 目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)浓度与QTc的关系。方法选择88例心内科住院的CHF患者,比较不同BNP浓度CHF患者的QTc和QTd的差异,QTc及QTd与BNP浓度的关系。结果不同BNP水平QTc及QTd检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。QTc及QTd与BNP浓度均呈直线相关(P<0.05),且QTc与QTd呈直线相关(P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者BNP浓度与QTc间期有很好的相关性,两者联合能提高预测CHF患者的不良预后。 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in plas- ma and QTc in chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) patients. Methods Eighty patients with CHF in our eardiologi- cal department were selected. The differences of QTc and QTd in CHF patients at different concentrations of BNP were compared as well as the relationships between QTc and BNP concentration, and QTd and BNP concentration re- spectively. Results There was a statistical difference in comparison of QTc's and QTd's test results in different BNP concentrations (P 〈 0.05). The QTc and QTd both showed a linear correlation with BNP concentration (P 〈 0.05), also QTc and QTd was in linear correlation (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion In CHF patients, the BNP concentration displays a good correlation with QTc interval. The combination of the two indexes can improve the prediction of poor prognosis for CHF patients.
