摘要 慢性心力衰竭(CHF)是各种心血管疾病发展的最后阶段,成为影响公众健康、危害患者生存质量的主要因素。近年来,国内外对于CHF的诊治有了很大进展,特别是CHF的治疗从过去的改善血液动力学转变为更着重于改善和逆转心脏重塑。笔者对此阶段研究及干细胞移植要点进行介绍。 Chronic congestive heart failure is the last step of all kinds of cardiology,and it is the main reason in harming public health and the survival quality.There are great progresses in treating CHF recently.The treatment of CHF had changed from improving blood dynamics into improving and reversing heart reconstruction.Study of the stage and the main point of stem cell transplantation were introduced in the article.
