摘要
根据应力、强度干涉理论,结合Monte Carlo模拟技术,建立了高速列车齿轮传动系统主动齿轮接触疲劳可靠度的计算模型。通过自编的计算机程序,对高速列车齿轮传动系统主动齿轮的接触疲劳可靠度和接触疲劳应力、强度的分布规律进行了计算分析。应用摄动理论,对影响高速列车齿轮传动系统主动齿轮接触疲劳可靠度的随机均值和标准差进行了参数的灵敏度分析。以上分析研究得出的结论可为高速列车齿轮传动系统主动齿轮的设计、制造、使用和维修提供参考依据。
According to the stress and strength interference theory combined with Monte Carlo simulation, calculation models of contact fatigue reliability for pinions of transmission system in high - speed trains are established. With the help of the programs written by the writers, contact fatigue reliability and distribution laws of stress and strength of driving gears of the transmission system in high - speed trains are calculated and analyzed. The sensibility of the mean values and standard deviations of the stochastic parameters which influence the contact fatigue reliability of driving gears is analyzed by means of perturbation meth- ods. The conclusions reached in this paper lay an informative and constructive foundation for the design, manufacture,operation and maintenance of pinions in gear transmission system for high - speed trains.
