摘要
我国是煤炭生产和消费的大国,提升国内煤炭企业的运营绩效水平,是优化煤炭资源生产、降低生产运营成本的非经济性重要手段。笔者根据煤炭企业的生产运营特性,将其划分为煤炭生产和煤炭物流运输两个前后衔接的阶段,利用两阶段数据包络分析(Data Envelqment Analycis,DEA)模型,对山东能源集团内部6家权属煤矿子公司进行了绩效评价,获得了煤炭企业生产-物流协调运营的整体绩效水平及各个阶段的绩效状况,评价结果为企业决策者提供了企业协调运营绩效水平优化与提升的方向与信息。
China is both maximum coal production and maximum coal consumption country. Enhancing the operation performance of coal enterprises is a pivotal measure to optimize coal production and utilization efficiency and decrease uneconomic level. In the paper, according to operation characteristics of coal enterprises, whole operation in coal enterprises was divided into two sub-stages, that was coal production and coal transportation. And then, two-stage DEA (Data Envelopment Analycis) model was used to evaluate the performance of six subcompanies of Shandong Energy Group. Performance evaluation was contributive to obtain the overall and sub-stage performance of coordination operation of production and logistics in coal enterprises. The evaluation results could provide enterprise decision makers with direction and information in optimizing coordination operation performance in enterprises.
