摘要
传统半桥式逆变焊机的开关损耗较大,工作效率不高。针对这一问题,对一种适用于低电压、大电流场合的新型半桥式DC-DC软开关变换器进行了研究。通过分析新型半桥式DC-DC软开关变换器工作机理与PWM控制特点,采用DSP控制器设计了全数字化逆变焊机控制系统。仿真与实验研究表明:该半桥式DC-DC软开关逆变焊机具有开关损耗小、PWM控制精度高、稳定性好等优点,特别是半桥式变换器的开关频率提高到40 kHz时,变换器输出电流的纹波较小,改善了焊机的焊接性能。
The switching loss of traditional half-bridge inverter welding is very serious and its working efficiency is low.In order to overcome this problem,a novel half-bridge DC-DC soft-switching converter was proposed in this paper,which was suitable for low voltage and large current occasions.Through a thorough study of the circuit topology principle of novel half-bridge DC-DC soft-switching converter and PWM control strategy,the inverter welding full-digital control system based on DSP controller was adopted.The simulation and experimental results show that the system has significant advantages such as low switching loss,high control precision of PWM signals and good stability,especially when switching frequency reaches 40 kHz,the output current of the converter has low ripple,which improves the weld performance of the inverter welding machines.
