考虑附加损耗的电解制氢系统参与调频辅助服务控制策略

Control Strategy for Electrolytic Hydrogen Production System Participating in Frequency Regulation Ancillary Services Considering Additional Losses

摘要 为应对高比例新能源并网带来的电网频率稳定挑战,提升电解制氢系统的经济效益,针对电解制氢系统参与电网调频辅助服务过程中因附加损耗导致控制不精确和收益降低的问题,提出了一种考虑运行损耗的优化控制策略。基于电解制氢系统的运行特性,对电解制氢系统中变压器、电力电子变换器及水泵等辅助设备的附加损耗进行了精细化数学建模,以量化系统总运行损耗。提出了将附加损耗纳入控制的调频辅助服务控制策略。算例仿真结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够使系统总功率精确跟踪调度指令,显著提升调频性能指标与系统的整体经济性。 In order to address the challenges to the grid frequency stability posed by the high penetration of renewable energy and enhance the economic benefits of electrolytic hydrogen production systems,this paper targets the problems of imprecise control and reduced revenue caused by additional losses during the participation of these systems in frequency regulation ancillary services to propose an optimized control strategy considering operational losses.Then,based on the operational characteristics of the electrolytic hydrogen production system,is developed a refined mathematical model of the additional losses in auxiliary equipment,such as transformers,power electronic converters,and water pumps,to quantify the total system operational loss,and finally is proposed a frequency regulation ancillary service control strategy that incorporates these additional losses.The results of case study simulations demonstrate that the proposed control strategy enables the total system power to accurately track dispatch commands,significantly improving both frequency regulation performance indicators and the overall economic efficiency of the system.
