摘要
针对某载货汽车车架的静动态特性,进行了优化设计。在建立有限元模型的基础上,取弯曲应力灵敏度与质量灵敏度比值绝对值较大的横梁和纵梁板厚度为设计变量,采取灵敏度分析方法对车架结构进行了轻量化优化设计。优化结果表明,基于灵敏度分析的优化方法可行,在提高性能的同时减轻了车架质量。
Optimization design is carried out in light of the static and dynamic characteristics of a truck.On the basis of the finite element model established,the plate thicknesses of the transverse and longitudinal beams with relatively large absolute value in terms of bending stress sensitivity-mass sensitivity ratio are selected as variables in our design.Then lightweight optimization design of the truck frame is conducted through sensitivity analysis.Results show that optimization method based on sensitivity analysis proves to be feasible for it improves vehicle performance while reducing the frame mass.
